With over 35 years of collective electrical experience amongst our leadership team alone, BME is equipped to service all your electrical needs. We are proud to support the development of up and coming tradesmen through our electrical apprenticeship programs.

Property Poles

Installing, inspecting and maintaining property poles is a specialised task, requiring an appropriately licensed electrician to complete any work to be done. Our vast experience working with major energy providers and enterprise has made BME the best equipped private contractor in South East Qld to complete work of any kind on property poles.

Authorised Person

At BME Energy, we are approved Authorised Persons (certified by Energex) and can ensure that you as an employer or individual meet your legislative obligations when working near to overhead or underground electric lines. We adhere to The Electricity Safety Regulation 2013, stating that strict exclusion zones must be adhered to when working in this environment.

Consultancy – Supply Authority

BME Energy’s Director, Troy Bretherton has over 15 years experience working for south east Queensland supply authority, Energex. Having gained extensive experience and knowledge of Energex’s systems and network, BME Energy is able to provide guidance when working for Energex as a rated contractor. We provide solutions surrounding Project Management, HV & LV applications and LV switching sheet preparation.
